Good morning everyone,
I received a email from Louis this morning and he is concerned that we do not have our shifts filled and we are not even close to what we need for the 4th. Anything we do not fill by tomorrow morning we chance losing to other schools which in turn will take money from the band. Any and all help from either yourself or people you can reach out to would be most appreciated. I know its a holiday and the hours suck for 7/04 but we really need to push getting help only having 6 of 40 spots covered makes the whole band look bad.
As of this morning we have the following openings
6/24 – 2 shifts
6/29 – 9 shifts
6/30 – 7 shifts
7/03 – 7 shifts
7/04 – 34 shifts <<< Ouch
TNT is here our first day is this Wednesday 6/24 only 2 days away and we are still in need of a lot of help for our biggest fundraiser of the year. We are in danger of losing any unfilled spots which in turn will take money away from the band. Please help us raise funds that will be used to keep yearly band fees low and support the band throughout the next year.
We still need:
6/24 – 2 adult spots
6/27 – 5 adult spots and 4 spots for anyone 13+ available.
6/30 – 2 adult spots and 5 spots for anyone 13+ available
7/03 – 3 adult spots and 4 spots for anyone 13+
7/04 – 34 spots Need a lot of help here from everyone!!
This is our largest fund raising opportunity during the band year and we really need your help. Any of the spots that do not get filled actually end up costing us money so we must fill all the spots. Anyone over the age of 13 can volunteer for a shift. Positions marked as Adults only require you to be over the age of 18 and not currently enrolled in High school.

This will take you to our Volunteer Spot page that we use for TNT. Once you sign in with your e-mail address you will see the calendar with the THS Band open time slots for June 24th, 27th & 30th; and July 3rd & 4th dates. Click on the date you can help and select your time slot and the volunteer position you wish to work on that day.
If you missed the training but still wish to volunteer or if you have any other questions please contact Chris Morrison, Timberview Band Booster President at:
firstname.lastname@example.org or call 817-209-4780.
We are very fortunate to have a system like TNT in place that keeps you from selling silly items door to door. If we do not fill the spots given to us, we will lose this event and the band will suffer because of it.
If you have never been to the TNT Fireworks Supercenter it is located on FM 1187 on the far west side of Mansfield.
Head west on Debbie Lane which will become FM 1187 after you go past the MISD Bus facility and Donna Sheppard. Continue west a few miles and the TNT Supercenter will be on your right at 7501 Rendon Bloodworth Road, Mansfield, Texas, 76063.
As always I thank you all for all your had work and if you have any questions please let me know.
