PARENTS: If you did not sign up to help volunteer this year during band registration, it is not too late. This is how you earn points to be able to reduce your students second half band fees. In order to volunteer, you must sign up through charmsoffice.com or contact a coordinator so we can keep track of your points.
Here is the contact information to get you started!
Chaperone: Jennifer Reilly – email@example.com
Hospitality: Marlon Date – firstname.lastname@example.org
Pit Crew: Andra Carter – email@example.com
Spirit Wear: Cynthia Thornton – firstname.lastname@example.org
Here is a brief description of what each of these volunteer positions basic duties consist of:
Chaperones help during football games, contests, or band trip. They ride the bus and attend to students needs during events. (If you need to bring a younger sibling with you, you will have to drive and meet us at the stadium. Only band students, staff, and volunteers can ride the bus.) In order to chaperone on the band trip in spring, you must put in some time chaperoning during football season.
Hospitality helps feed the band, staff, and volunteers. They help with the meal deal before every football game and also on the weekends during contests.
Pit Crew helps load and unload the band truck. They also get to help during half time on the field with the pit instruments and accessories and during the entrance and exit of the football field for marching and drumline contests.
Spirit Wear helps sell our spirit wear clothing and accessories during events and home football games. They only sell until half time at the games.
Thank you for your continued support of the Timberview Wolf Band!
