The first meeting for the new 2014-2015 Timberview Band Parents Board of Directors will be held tonight, Thursday, July 31st at 7:00 p.m. in the Timberview Band Hall.
We request all new and returning officers to be present, if at all possible. We will establish new schedules, agenda items and upcoming marching band season details that will need to be planned for the upcoming band year.
Your officers for the 2014-2015 THS Band season are: PRESIDENT, Doyle Mackey; VICE-PRESIDENT, Tim Christakis; SECRETARY, Araceli Galvan & TREASURER, Habibba Nomen.
Returning Band Coordinators are: BANQUET, Susan Mackey; SPIRIT SALES, Cynthia Thornton; UNIFORMS, Shae Christakis; VOLUNTEERS, Jennifer Reilly; COLOR GUARD, Stephanie Gormley; PIT CREW, Andre Carter & WEBMASTER, Paul Olson.
We still have Coordinator openings for HOSPITALITY; GENERAL FUNDRAISING & TNT FIREWORKS. We need to fill these positions immediately for the upcoming season. Please contact Doyle Mackey for more exact details of the open positions as soon as possible!
Please consider serving with the THS Band Parents Booster organization. It will be rewarding and you will be involved closer with you child’s band activities and progress. You have the support from a lot of dedicated band parent boosters that work side-by-side to help support the Timberview High Wolf Band as one of the top bands in the region! All officers and coordinators that serve the entire band year will receive the $100.00 credit applied to your students Charms account for the second half band fees.
