MISD Project Graduation Parking Lot Fundraiser Volunteers Needed This Friday!

MISD has assigned the Timberview Band two parking lot duty shifts called “Project Graduation” for the upcoming graduations that will be held at the MISD Center For The Performing Arts, 1110 West Debbie Lane in Mansfield, this Friday, June 6, 2014.

These shifts do not interfere with the Timberview Band Graduation which is on Saturday, June 7th at 2 p.m.

Timberview Band Fundraiser Shifts for 2014 Project Graduation Parking Lot duty are: Summit High (3 p.m.) and Mansfield High (8 p.m.).

Parking Lot duty begins one hour before graduation service and lasts until 30 minutes after the start time: Actual volunteer times will be approximately 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. for Summit and 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for Mansfield.

We need 25 volunteers per graduation shift and each volunteer will earn a volunteer point per shift to go directly to your student’s Charm’s Band account for the 2014-2015 school year. This a very large fundraising event for the Timberview Band Parents Organization and we need your help to be successful.

Please contact Doyle Mackey, THS Band President, to confirm how many shifts you can work on June 6th. You can work one shift or all three if your schedule allows. Band Parents and family & friends of the band can volunteer for these shifts and you will only need to designate which band students Charm’s account that you want the volunteer points credited to.
