Project Graduation Parking Lot Fundraiser….Help Needed!

Parents/Students/Aunts/Uncles/Friends can cover a shift for Project Graduation and we still need many of you to help for next Saturday’s Fundraising event!

***We still need a lot of volunteers to sign-up for Project Graduation on Saturday, June 8th at the MISD Center For the Performing Arts for the Summit, Mansfield and Legacy High graduation ceremonies. THS Band Boosters have been assigned parking lot duty for the three graduations on that Saturday. You can earn $25.00 credit per shift worked for only about an hour and a half time per shift that money will be credited directly to your students Charms account for the upcoming band season band fees. You can make up to $75.00 if you work all three shifts and even more if other family members work some or all the parking lot events that can be credited to your students account! This can help you out with the band fees and this is a great overall fundraising event for the Band Boosters from the school district.

We need 25 volunteers per graduation shift. Timberview Band Fundraiser Shifts for 2013 Parking Lot duty and slots we still need to fill are: Summit High (9 a.m.) we need 8 persons; Mansfield High (2 p.m.) we need 9 persons and Legacy High (7 p.m.) we need 14 persons!

Parking Lot duty begins one hour before graduation service and lasts until 30 minutes after the start time: Actual volunteer times will be approximately 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for Summit; 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. for Mansfield; 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for Legacy. Remember, Timberview’s Graduation is on Friday, June 7th, so this volunteer opportunity does not conflict with THS Graduation at all!!
