Project Graduation Fundraiser Shift Times

 

We still need a few more volunteers for the afternoon and evening graduation services on Saturday, June 8th at the MISD Center For the Performing Arts Project Graduation Fundraiser. We are working the Parking Lot duty for the Summit, Mansfield and Legacy High graduation ceremonies. We need another 3 to 5 volunteers for the 1 p.m. and the 6 p.m. shifts.

The District wants us to arrive 2 hours prior to graduation starting times. The doors to the PAC will open 1 hour prior to graduation start times. We will meet and you will be given instructions as to what you will be doing on Saturday at the MISD PAC. If you are available your help would be greatly appreciated. I am thankful to those that have signed up. I will be there Saturday morning around 7:30 a.m. We will park in a designated area at the “The Center”.

THS Band Boosters parking lot duty times for three graduations ceremonies are as shown below:

8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for Summit High Graduation

1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. for Mansfield High Graduation

6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for Legacy High Graduation

You can earn $25.00 credit per shift worked for only about an hour and a half time per shift that money will be credited directly to your students Charms account for the upcoming band season band fees. You can make up to $75.00 per person working, if you work all three shifts and even more if other family members work some, or all, the parking lot events that can be credited to your students account! This can help you out with the band fees and this is a great overall fundraising event for the Band Boosters from the school district. We need 25 volunteers per graduation shift.
