Band & Colorguard Registration Is Tomorrow!

Don’t forget,tomorrow, Saturday, August 10th is Wolf Band and Colorguard Registration Day at the Mansfield Timberview High School PAC and Band Hall from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. according to your grade classification and the time schedule listed below!

All students must come to Timberview at the designated times with at least one parent and pay your fees for the band year, get sized and fitted for your uniforms, order required items, sign required safety forms, and parents sign up for volunteer opportunities throughout the year.  Please enter at the PAC entrance on the northeast end of the building. It is imperative that ALL students plan to come next Saturday as it will be the only opportunity to have all of the needed items and parent volunteers in the same place.  It will also be the only day that a credit card machine will be available. Credit Card, Cash and Checks are acceptable forms of payment.

Please open the attached Band and Colorguard Fees document for the basic list of items for the 2013-14 Band year and the associated fees. The third page of this document shows how you can waive the second activity fee by volunteering at the various band functions, games, contest and other band & colorguard program activities throughout the year. Besides volunteering and supporting the band you also get to be involved in your students events and see how their hard work and dedication throughout the year has helped to make the Wolf Band a successful and respected program.

We are glad to say that the band fees have not increased from last year and we were actually able to take a little off of colorguard fees this year! Please do not be scared away by any fees you see listed. All the items we have to purchase ourselves for your student must be paid for on Saturday, but most other fees can be paid with a payment plan throughout the year, if needed. You can contact the directors to discuss any of these issues ahead of time or you will be able to make the proper arrangements at registration check-out on Saturday.

BAND & COLORGUARD REGISTRATION & UNIFORM FITTING SCHEDULE FOR AUGUST 10th:  All students have a set time to register. Freshman will register anytime on Saturday, but you will not do the uniform fitting until the next week as noted below.  

Seniors: 8 a.m. – 9 a.m.

Juniors: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Sophomores: 1 p.m – 3 p.m.

Freshman: Anytime 8 a.m. to – 3 p.m (You will only pay for items, size for shoes, and fill out paperwork this day so come whenever you choose, before 3 p.m.)

****Freshman Uniform Sizing Only, August 12 -14: Your actual full uniform sizing will follow the following schedule after rehearsal from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. each day as listed:

Monday, August 12th: Last name beginning with letter A – C

Tuesday, August 13th: Last name beginning with letter D – G

Wednesday, August 14th: Last name beginning with letter H – Z
